Glad you could stop by for the fifth edition of the IT Management Review. As you know, IT Management Review is a monthly digest covering the best of IT Management blog posts published within the last month. Application Management, ITSM, infrastructure management, governance, performance management, program management and trends are all fair game. We had a couple of good submissions this month, hope you enjoy the posts!

nissim ziv presents IT Manager Interview Questions and Answers posted at Job Interview Guide, saying, "As opposed to many general project management positions, the IT project management post requires not only professionalism in project management methods, but also strong technical competencies (knowledge/experience) in the IT field."

Joshua Noerr shares his opinion that Management Should Always Play Favorites over at - Blog, justifying, "An exploration about why everything you've ever learned about treating people fairly is wrong."

SpiKe considers whether A Work/Life Balance Really Exist? posted at Part-Time Wage Slave.

Utpal Vaishnav presents A Path-Goal Based Approach That May Take Your Project Leadership Repertoire To The Next Level blogged at Utpal Vaishnav.
